Alert: System Center Management Health Service Credentials Not Found Alert Message

Recently I had to install an extra Root Management Server in SCOM2012SP1. For some strange reason it set up the Action Account default to the SCOM admin account (domain\user). This is not correct. But changing this will need the knowledge to run some commands/queries to the SCOM DB. Not that I want.

This will resolve several issues like SNMP network device monitoring, Notifications Resource Pool Watcher failure and more on the extra RMS.
